The Trust Executive Leadership team delivers the strategy of the Board of Trustees and provides leadership and shared support to the schools in the Trust, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, Nat Parnell. 

The School Development Team brings together subject and school improvement expertise to support teaching and learning across the Trust.

Teachers, support staff, trustees, WCC members, parents and pupils all make up Westcountry Schools Trust. The Core Services Team provides support and advice to staff across our schools.
