Built on an extensive track record of excellence, the Trust combines a range of secondary colleges, primary schools and business units based in a variety of sites across Devon and Cornwall. We are also a stone’s throw from some of the best beaches and countryside in the country.

Working in a fast-paced environment and as part of the HR Team, the Assistant HR Advisor will provide advice and support on the routine aspects of a broad range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, flexible working requests, conduct, performance, pay and grading, grievances, TUPE, redundancy and redeployment; helping to ensure timely progression of queries and cases in line with Trust policies, employment legislation and best practice guidance.
