Senior Finance Officer
Westcountry Schools Trust is seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Officer.
Grade E Scale Points 16 - 22 (£24,432 - £27,514)
Based across schools in Ashburton and Buckfastleigh

DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE POST
Required as soon as possible, this is a permanent appointment employed all year round.
Initially the post holder will be working with a school business accountant to support 5 primary schools within the trust. This involves the preparation of timely monthly management accounts and other financial reporting, and ensuring financial systems and processes comply with Trust regulations and achieve value for money.
Experience of school accounts preparation is desirable but a relevant accounting qualification is essential e.g. AAT.
During term time the post holder will be based at Ashburton Primary School and Buckfastleigh Primary School. However, in the holidays they will be based at Ashburton Community College.
