Business Administration Apprentice
This post provides an exciting opportunity to work in a supported learning environment to develop skills and knowledge whilst completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with dedicated training time.

The Business Administration Apprentice will report to the Executive Assistant (Communications and Marketing) and will assist with providing a confidential, effective and flexible administration support service to the WeST Executive Team. This will include general reception and administrative duties as well as providing a professional and efficient first point of contact with the Trust.
You will appreciate and support others in the wider Core Services team; undertake personal development through training and other learning activities, including performance management and effective engagement and completion of Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. This will entail professional development in all 3 areas of the apprenticeship to ensure the knowledge, skills and behaviours meet the national standard. In return you will receive the necessary training and support from the Trust in the form of on and off the job training and mentoring.
