Clerk to Trust Board & Governance Officer- Working as part of WeST’s Core Services Team, this role will support the Company Secretary (Chief Financial Officer) and Clerks of Local Governing Boards in ensuring the effectiveness of corporate governance, and the Chair of the Trust Board and Chairs of Trust Committees with committee administration. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing governance and high-level administrative support to senior leaders/managers within a highly regulated framework. HR Officer/Advisor - The post holder will provide advice and support on a broad range of employee relations matters helping to ensure timely progression of queries and cases in line with Trust policies, employment legislation and best practice guidance. Stakeholder management is key and there will be a high level of interaction with customers at all levels in the provision of advice and guidance. You should be qualified to at least Associate CIPD level, with demonstrable experience of providing advice and guidance about employee relations issues in a customer facing HR environment. You will be a strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative and make judgements within the boundaries of the role, along with a knowledge of a broad range of HR practices and procedures acquired through training and experience.
