Last week I made reference to our collective values; specifically collaboration and the positive impact of our internal networks. I am keen to again signpost our ‘Early Reading’ professional learning community and the terrific progress our children are making towards meeting the standard expected at PSC. Together, let's make 90% of our children secure this standard.

The end of last week and start of this week saw WeST colleagues collaborate with two other trusts, one near, one not so near.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who gave of their time to support the review process of a primary school within NCLT. It is through this genuine openness and willingness to share, that we learn together and drive ourselves forward.

Secondly, thank you to everyone at Chaddlewood Primary School and Woodford Primary School for hosting our visitors from Boleyn Trust in London.

Best wishes

Rob Haring, CEO
